We take great pride in the quality of all hair that we send to our customers. Bundles, frontals, closures and wigs go through our intense quality control process to ensure that you receive the absolute best hair.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you make return your package to our company for a full refund, less shipping costs within 30 days of receipt.

The returned hair must be unused. All labels and zip ties must still be attached. If the hair has been altered in any way (washed, bleached, colored, cut, installed, etc) we are unable to process the refund. If you receive a frontal, closure or lacefront wig, the lace can’t be altered or cut. If it is altered or cut, we are unable to process the refund.

Once the hair has been returned to our company and inspected, a refund will be processed less actual shipping costs (although we don’t charge you for shipping, there is still a fee that we must pay to ship items to you).
